To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In this case, you may request a return after delivery according to our return policy.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
